How long is the Elvis at The O2 Exhibition running for?

The Elvis at The O2 Exhibition opens on 12 December 2014 and runs until 31 August 2015. The exhibition will be open seven days a week, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

What are the opening hours for the Exhibition?

The Exhibition opens at 10am and closes at 8.30pm daily, with the last entry for visitors at 7pm. On Boxing Day and New Year's Eve the last entry for visitors is 6pm.

How much do the tickets cost?

The cost of tickets depends on when you want to visit and the kind of ticket you choose. Off-peak tickets are £9.00 for children over five; £12 for recipients of Universal or Pension Credit, full-time students; and £18 for adults. Peak-rate tickets are £10 for children over five; £15 for recipients of Universal or Pension Credit, full-time students; and £20 for adults.

A Family ticket, which allows access for two adults and two children, is available for £45 (off-peak)/£50 (peak) and a return-visit ticket, which allows six return visits to the exhibition, is available for £36 (off-peak)/£40 (peak).

Entry for children under five and carers of disabled visitors is free of charge. All tickets are subject to a booking fee.

When are the peak ticket prices in operation?

Peak ticket rates are charged on Saturdays, Sundays, and on public and school holidays.

How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets by visiting the main box office at The O2, by visiting, or by phoning 0844 824 4824 (0844 856 0202 for group bookings). You will also be able to order tickets from the Elvis Retail Shop on The Avenue once the exhibition is open.

What does timed entry mean?

It means that you will need to arrive at the exhibition entrance within the 30 minute period shown on your ticket. The reason the exhibition operates using a timed-entry system is because each visit culminates with a 26-minute performance presentation and we need to control the number of people in the performance space at each show. Timed entry doesn't limit the length of time you can spend at the Exhibition; you can spend as long as you wish. At busy times we may not be able to admit you if you arrive outside your designated time-slot.

How long should I expect to spend at the Elvis at The O2 Exhibition?

We would expect that most visitors will spend up to two hours at the exhibition. Each visit culminates in a 26-minute video performance in the auditorium, specially created for the exhibition by the team at Graceland.

Can I bring a camera to the exhibition?

When visiting the “Elvis at the O2” exhibition, still photography is not only allowed, we encourage it! We hope you will also share your experience via social media using the #ElvisatTheO2 hashtag. However, the use of flash photography is not permitted.

Why can’t I use flash photography?

The use of flashes over time damages fabrics, costumes, artifacts and other irreplaceable items in the collection.

Can I bring my camera tripod?

Tripods may not be used  as they present a safety hazard inside the exhibition.

Can I bring my video camera, digital camera or my mobile to record/take pictures?

Audio and video recording equipment cannot be taken into the exhibition or gift shops. In addition, video mode on digital cameras and mobiles may not be used in the exhibition or gift shops.

When do I receive the CD and/or exhibition guide that I ordered with my tickets?

You will be able to collect your copy of the exhibition guide and/or the Elvis at The O2 CD upon arrival at the Exhibition. If you didn't order the CD and/or exhibition guide in advance you can buy both from the Exhibition shops.

How many items in the exhibition will be changing throughout the year?

The nearly all the exhibits will remain on show for the entire time the exhibition is open, although as widely publicised, we will be rotating four key items that are usually on display at Graceland for just a few months each. These four items are the Aloha Jumpsuit (12 December - 12 February), the Black Leather suit (12 February - 12 April), the Gold Lame suit (12 April - mid-June) and the Pink Cadillac (mid-June - 31 August). These dates are subject to change.
